WSLL Recommends: Specialized Legal Research
Practice areas of law are becoming increasingly specialized. Sources of law for many of these special areas of legal practice often cannot be divided into the traditional classifications of cases, statutes, and regulations. The small sector of attorneys practicing in these emerging areas of specialization are likely well acquainted with the many non-traditional sources of law unique to their specialty.
